Global fashion experts such as Vogue Korea, Tranoi, and Colette were involved in the screening process and also visited the designer studios in person to focus on their strategy and ability to enter the overseas market.

The selected final five designers:
TaeYong Ko (Beyond Closet), BumSuk Choi (General Idea), Kathleen Kye (KYE), JinHee Moon (Moon J), and EunAe Cho (Tibaeg).

These designers will participate in Paris Fashion Week under the project name of 'K-fashion Project in Paris' at the end of September. The Runway show will be taken place at Palais de la Bourse, one of the historical attractions of Paris, Will introduce 18 S/S collections. The most of the collections to be manufactured this time will be made with Korean domestic fabrics and sewing technology in particular. It is expected to represent the slogan 'Made in Korea, Made for You' and to impress global buyers of the excellence of Korean fashion products. As the part of the main promotion of 'K-fashion Project in Paris', a pop-up sales and window display collaboration with Colette, Paris's legendary retailer boutique, was held from July 31st to August 5th. Designers are expected to be able to gauge the response of European consumers and predict the possibility of expanding the business into global market from opportunities to advertise products with Colette.
